ELEVATE 2026 runs Friday, September 25 through Saturday, September 26, 2026. Two full days of programming.

The event is hosted at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star in Frisco, Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth metro). The Star is the Dallas Cowboys' world headquarters and entertainment district, and the Omni Frisco offers luxury accommodations in the heart of the district.

Because everything is bigger in Texas. ELEVATE 2026 brings championship energy to the AGARA community, hosted at one of the most iconic sports and entertainment campuses in the country.

There are four pricing tiers based on when you buy:

First Access: $179 (Ends May 31, 2026)

Early Bird: $199 (June 1 to August 31, 2026)

General Admission: $249 (September 1 to 24, 2026)

At the Door: $279 (September 25 and 26, 2026)

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Visit the official ticket page to register, or scan the QR code on the ELEVATE 2026 promo graphic. Pricing tiers move on fixed dates, so booking earlier locks in the lower rate!

All tickets are processed through Eventbrite and follow AGARA's event policies. You can purchase multiple tickets but they will need to be assigned to the attended for on-site registration and recognition purposes.

The Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is the host hotel and the most convenient option, with luxury rooms steps from the venue.

Frisco sits in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro, served by two major airports: Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW), about 30 minutes from The Star, and Dallas Love Field (DAL), about 35 to 45 minutes away. From either airport, rideshare, taxi, and rental cars are readily available.

The Star and the Omni Frisco offer on-site parking, with both self-park and valet options at the hotel.

ELEVATE blends business sessions with celebration moments, so attendees typically pack a mix. Daytime sessions lean business or business-casual; recognition and evening events lean cocktail or theme-driven. More details to come… But you will want to dress to impress!

AGARA is committed to making ELEVATE welcoming for all attendees. The Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is an ADA-compliant venue with accessible seating, restrooms, and entrances. Each registered attendee receives one ticket. Guests must register separately to attend any sessions or ticketed functions.

How an Eventbrite Customer Edits or Transfers Their Ticket

1. Log into Eventbrite

1. Go to eventbrite.com

2. Click Sign In

3. Use the same email used during purchase.

2. Go to “Tickets”

1. Click the profile icon (top right)

2. Select Tickets

This shows all upcoming events they purchased.

3. Open the Order

1. Find the event (AGARA ELEVATE 2026)

2. Click the event name

3. This opens the order details page.

4. Click “Edit” next to the attendee you want to update

Because your order form was set to collect info per attendee, Eventbrite shows each ticket separately.

They will see something like:

1. Ticket 1 — Attendee Name — Edit

2. Ticket 2 — Attendee Name — Edit

Click Edit on the ticket they want to transfer.

5. Update the attendee’s name + email

They can change:

1. Attendee first name

2. Attendee last name

3. Attendee email

4. Any custom questions you added

This effectively transfers the ticket to the new person.

6. Save the changes

After saving:

1. Eventbrite automatically updates the ticket

2. The new attendee receives a fresh confirmation email with their ticket

3. The old attendee’s ticket becomes invalid

This is Eventbrite’s built‑in “soft transfer” method when the organizer collects info per ticket.

What the new attendee receives

Eventbrite sends them:

1. A new confirmation email

2. A new ticket PDF

3. A link to claim the ticket under their own Eventbrite account
